Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction for all our services, including space rentals and memberships. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following policy carefully.

2. Space Rental Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer
  • Up to 7 Days Before Reservation Date: Customers can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the reservation date to receive a full refund.
  • Less Than 7 Days No refundable.

2.2 Cancellation by the Company
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Membership Refunds
3.1 Annual Memberships
  • Non-refundable. Customers can cancel their membership anytime, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at library@yayasanbankrakyat.com.my with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
  • Any additional fees paid for extra services (such as catering, equipment rental, etc.) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
