Membership Refunds<\/h6><h6>3.1 Annual Memberships<\/h6><ul><li>Non-refundable. Customers can cancel their membership anytime, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.<\/li><\/ul><h6>4. Refund Process<\/h6><ul><li>To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at library@yayasanbankrakyat.com.my with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.<\/li><li>Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.<\/li><li>Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul><h6>5.
